Refund & Return Policy

We want you wearing the shirt, not fighting with support. Every TBA Collection by Cornbred Media tee is printed on demand for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. No need to ship the original back.
Wrong size or changed your mind
Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot restock it. If the fit is off, reach out within 30 days and we will offer a discounted replacement in the right size. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering to avoid this.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, we reprint and reship at no cost.
Wrong address
If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, you are responsible for reshipping costs. Contact us right after ordering if you need to correct an address.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are refunded only when the order was our error.
